19. Forlove is a digital platform for personal development and love. Forlove is operated by Thomas Algren West, Soldraget 64, 3460 Birkerød, Denmark. Contact: ask@forlove.dk
20. We collect: Email and password at registration. Name, age and region at onboarding. MitID verification (we only store an anonymous ID, not CPR number). Diary entries and check-in data. AI conversations with AIA. Dreams, dilemmas, tarot readings and values answers. Payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe — we never see your card number.
1. Your data is used exclusively to deliver the Forlove service. AIA uses your diary entries and conversation history to give you personal support. We never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties. Ever.
2. All communication with Forlove is encrypted via HTTPS. Your diary entries are stored encrypted. We are working towards Zero-Knowledge encryption where even Forlove technically cannot read your diary. Data is stored on European servers in compliance with GDPR.
3. You have the right to see all data we have about you. You have the right to correct incorrect information. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. You have the right to withdraw your consent. Contact us at ask@forlove.dk to exercise your rights.
4. We only use necessary session cookies to keep you logged in. We use no tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
5. We store your data as long as you have an active account. When you delete your account, all data is deleted within 30 days. Payment history is stored for 5 years in accordance with accounting law.
